• Help with a transcription

  Tell us the transcription’s title, roughly when you started it, and your device. A screenshot of any error helps us fix it faster.

• Subscriptions and billing

  Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you can manage or cancel yours in your device’s subscription settings. Email us if something looks wrong with your plan.

• Delete your account

  You can delete your account and its transcripts at any time in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or email us and we’ll do it for you.

• Privacy questions

  See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why, or email us with any question about your data.

• Feedback and feature requests

  We read everything. Email us, or send a feature request from Settings in the app.
